Sleepover Party

We recommend our tents and parties for children 6 to 13.

Yes, we have themed options for both boys and girls. If you have a mix of guests that combines girls and boys (or a little brother/sister that want to be included), we will work with you to accommodate special requests.

Parties must have a minimum of 3 guest and can have a maximum of 10 guests (based on the theme selected).

Each tent requires a minimum space of 3 x 6.5 feet. During our consultation, we will walk through how much space you will need and work to configure a sleepover party set up that works for you.

Yes, tents can be set up on any surface.

No – our tents and equipment are not designed for outdoor use and we ask that all equipment be kept indoors at all times.

We supply tents, foam mattresses, mattress covers, fitted sheets, decorative pillows and a warm fleece blanket. For sanitary reasons, we do not provide sleeping pillows and ask that each child brings their own pillow.

We will arrange a drop-off time with you that will typically be between 2pm – 5pm on Saturday and a pick-up time between 11am – 2pm on Sunday. Drop-off or pick-up outside of those times may be possible if pre-arranged. Drop-off and pickups from Monday to Friday may vary and may be arranged on an individual basis.

The standard rental period is 1 day. Additional charges will apply for longer rental periods – please inquire for details.

We currently accept payment by eTransfer only. Once we have confirmed a date, you will be sent an email with payment options. A $50 deposit is required to secure your date, and the remainder of the fee is due 14 days prior to your party.

We will work with you to accommodate last-minute changes, however additional tents are subject to availability and may not be available. We will always aim to accommodate last minute changes.

Should you need to cancel your Sleepover Party for any reason, we will provide a 100% refund minus the $50 deposit. 

Our hand-crafted tents are made of untreated pine wood and tent covers are home-sewn with broadcloth. Each tent is made with safety in mind to ensure your child and guests are safe.

Yes, we are fully insured.

All tent covers, blankets, mattress covers and decorative pillows are thoroughly washed and sanitized after each use. Tents, tray tables and decorations are spot cleaned and disinfected between each use to ensure a safe and clean party for you and your family.

Please keep all pets and animals away from the equipment.

We ask that only light snacks be eaten inside our tents, such as popcorn or pretzels. Please avoid messy or sticky foods that may easily cause stains or damage. All beverages should be light coloured or clear (no fruit punch or cola products). While we understand accidents can happen, you may be held responsible for any damages to Sleepover Party’s property.

If our equipment is returned in an excessively dirty condition that requires additional stain removal or replacement, we will require a $100 fee as well as any additional costs to repair rental equipment if necessary.

We do expect our customers to take care of the rental equipment during their party. We understand that reasonable wear and tear will occur, but if equipment is damaged, lost, or stolen; we will require reimbursement to replace equipment.
