We take your safety seriously and want to do our part to stop the spread of Covid-19. Please see our cancellation and safety protocols to ensure you have a safe and unforgettable experience.

Set-up and Take-down
Our team will arrive at your home to both set-up and take-down equipment. We will have sanitized our hands before entering your home and will keep socially distanced while setting up equipment. All members of our set-up team are fully vaccinated. All care is taken to ensure a safe an enjoyable experience for your family.

DIY 100% Contactless Porch Drop off and Pick-up Option
We also have a contactless Do-it-yourself porch drop-off and pick-up option available at a reduced price. We want to ensure all our customers have this contactless option. You can continue to have the great experience of a home Sleepover, but the knowledge that you are continuing to keep your family safe.

All equipment will be sanitized, packaged and ready for assembly at your home. Equipment will come complete with easy set-up and take-down instructions (assembly takes approximately 20 - 30 minutes). After the sleepover has finished, you will repackage the equipment and bring it outside for our team to pick up. We are also available during your set-up by phone or text if you have any questions or problems. We're here to help!

Cancellation Policy during COVID-19

Should you need to cancel your Sleepover Party for any reason, will provide a 100% refund. If you or any of your family or guests have symptoms that could be Covid-19 related, we want you to have the peace of mind that you can cancel and receive a refund at any time.
